This will be a nice sale.  Five buildings with antiques, collectibles and a whole bunch more.  I’ve posted some pictures in the main photo gallery.  Click on photos on the toolbar at the top of the page, then click on main gallery. 

This was the home of an artist, photographer, wood worker.  There are lots of neat tables, several desks with antique oak chairs, picnic tables, wood folding chairs, antique tiger oak pedestal table, vintage wicker chairs, hammocks, old trunk, lots of miscellaneous glassware, pottery and other collectibles, tools, skis and ski poles (some vintage wood poles), pot belly stove, old wood stove, framed snake skin, ping pong table, Nordic trac and other exercise equipment, three copper pots (large, medium, and a small one), nice wall pictures, several old oak cabinets, dressers, Pendleton wool blanket, Indian blanket, antique Acme Bail #1 Butter Churn, lots of professional lighting equipment, two small vacuums, mannequins (they were used to decorate the yard), parking meter art, bicycle art, extension and step ladders, bentwood chairs, utility trailer (tires need air), vintage milk containers, Tradition Coronation fine china, cast iron,  kitchen stuff, microwave, blue bottles, oil lamps, fish art, vintage Roos Manufacturing Co. cedar chest, two oak barrels, several nice area rugs including a very old wool rug, oversize Pennsylvania House chair (room for two or flop in it solo),  Sony TV, Curtis Mathes progressive scan DVD player, L.L. Bean clock, microwave, very unique and neat Pelican picture, Makita and Craftsman power circular saws, Homelite Chain Saw, snow shovels, miscellaneous other tools, old pair of antique wood skis (will need to come off the garage wall), vintage 1940’s O’Keefe & Merritt stove (clean), miscellaneous plumbing and electrical stuff, heavy roller, small refrigerator and much, much more!

Directions…

Go approximately 7-9 miles past Shingletown to Lake McCumber Road.   Turn left and go about 2-miles to the lake.  Go across the bridge.  Take the first right onto Manzanita Creek Drive..then the first left onto Stonewall.   The lot is right there on the corner.  Look for our signs.  Enjoy a nice drive into the piney mountains.  The property sits right next to the creek.  House and property are for sale - $249,000.
